I can't speak about any other realtor within the company, however I am not sure I have anything negative I could really say about Debbie Levato. She was not referred to me by anyone, so I didn't have any preconceived feeling about how good of a job she would do. From a Buyer's perspective, she did everything you could really ask for. First of all, I am not sure he she ever sleeps. I have no idea how many times I called her, but she answers 99% of the time, and if she doesn't, she texts you that she will get back to you when she gets out of a meeting. Her communication was outstanding. I never felt like I was looking for her or waiting for a reply. She is honest and straightforward. She knows most things, but I can appreciate when she would say that she wasn't sure about a specific topic, she would just tell me "I would ask (whoever) about that." When we wanted estimates on repairs, or a lender, or anything, she had always had people that she would recommend, and I never got the feeling she was pushing me to use any of her recommendations. She didn't steer us towards certain houses or try to rush us into any decision that we didn't feel comfortable with. Just to be fair, I feel like I should list a negative but I am having a hard time really coming up with anything. If I had a friend or family member moving into the area, I would tell them, call this woman and don't bother with anyone else.
